摘 要:目的探讨运用持续质量改进管理模式降低住院患者特殊检查漏检率的效果。方法选取2013年4~6月383例患者为对照组,9~12月408例住院患者为观察组。分别按照常规方法及持续质量改进方法管理患者的特殊检查。结果观察组患者特殊检查漏检率显著低于对照组,患者检查满意度显著高于对照组(均P〈0.01)。结论实施持续质量改进管理可降低住院患者特殊检查漏检率。Objective To explore the effect of a continuous quality improvement program for decreasing omission rate of special exa- mination for inpatients. Methods A total of 383 patients hospitalized in April to June 2013 were served as the control group and re- ceived conventional nursing care for special examination. Four hundred and eight patients hospitalized in September to December 2013 were treated as the observation group and were given a continuous quality improvement program for special examination. Re- sults The observation group reported lower omission rate of and higher satisfaction with special examination than the control group (P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion Implementation of continuous quality improvement can significantly cower omission rate of special examination for inpatients.
