摘 要:目的探讨目视管理在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法将目视管理中常用的定位、颜色、标识、看板等方法应用于临床护理,对实施目视管理前后的护理质量、不良事件发生率、患者满意度进行比较。结果实施后护理质量中分级护理、专科护理、健康教育、消毒隔离、护理安全评分显著高于实施前(均P<0.01),实施后不良事件的发生率显者低于实施前(P<0.01),患者满意率显著高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论运用目视管理有利于提高护理质量,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of visual management on nursing quality. Methods Orientation, colors, signs and boards, commonly used in the visual management, were used in clinical nursing. Then, the nursing quality, incidence of adverse events and patients'satisfaction before and after the application of visual management were compared. Results After the application of the visual management in clinical setting, the quality scores of graded nursing, specialized nursing, health education, disinfection and isolation, nursing safety and patients'satisfaction were significantly improved than before(P〈0. 01 for all), while the incidence of adverse events was significantly reduced(P〈0.01). Conclusion The application of visual management improves the quality of nursing care, reduces the incidence of adverse events and promotes patients' satisfaction.
