职业危害化学因素检测解吸方式质量控制技术研究

摘　　要：目的建立职业危害化学因素检测解吸方式分析质量控制的方法。方法采样管预先吸收已知质量的被测组分,在相同条件下与样品采样管同时采集工作场所中的相应有毒物质,对采样管进行实验分析,得到分析方法的百分回收率。结果采用对采样管加标的方法进行质量控制,真实反映检测全过程的质量情况,方法的线性好(r=0.998 2),样品相对标准偏差RSD=0.30%(n=6),回收率为91.20%。结论该方法科学、结果准确度高,具有可操作性。Objective To establish a method of quality control for the detection of the desorption mode of occupational hazard chemical factor. Methods To allow a sampling tube to absorb the component with a knownmass,and then collect corresponding toxic substances with this sampling tube and another sampling tube respectively in the workplace under the same conditions. Analyze the sampling tubes to get the recovery percentage of the analytical method. Results The results of this recovery experiment indicated that the method had a high accuracy,good linearity （ r =0. 998 2）. The recovery rate was 91.20% and theRSD （%） was 0.30（%）. Conclusion The method is scientific,the result is accurate and operation is feasible.
