摘 要:改革开放以来,我国林业科技创新取得了丰硕成果,但总体上我国林业科技创新水平仍不适应林业发展要求,存在诸如相关统计数据缺乏、政府重视程度不够、科技创新投入经费少等现象。阐述了我国林业科技创新的现状,进一步分析了与林业科技创新相关的各类因素,并结合我国林业科技创新的现状与影响因素,有针对性地提出提高我国林业科技创新能力与水平的政策建议与措施。Since the reform and opening- up policy, Chinese forestry technology and innovation achieved fruitful results, but in general, Chinese forestry science and technology innovation level was still not suited to the requirements of the forestry development, and many problems such as lack of statistical data, less attention paid from the government, relatively low investment of technological innovation existed. The current state of forestry scien- tific and technological innovation in China was described, and different factors related to the forestry scientific and technological innovation were analyzed, based on which, responding policies and measures to improve Chinese forestry science and technology and innovative capability and level were advanced.
