摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体及阳离子单体,偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐(V-50)为引发剂,水溶性壳聚糖(CTS)为分散稳定剂,在叔丁醇水溶液中进行分散聚合反应.考察了单体质量分数、引发剂质量分数、水醇体积比、反应温度等条件对聚合产物的特性黏数、单体转化率、分子粒径以及体系表观黏度等因素的影响,并通过FT-IR谱图和1H NMR谱图对聚合物的结构进行表征.结果发现:单体质量分数为3.29%~8.32%,水醇体积比在5.5∶4.5~7.5∶2.5,引发剂质量分数为0.006 73%~0.013 45%,反应温度在55~60℃,能得到均匀、流动性好的水分散体系.Dispersion polymerization was carried out in tert-butanol aqueous solution by using acrylamide(AM) and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate methyl chloride (DMC) as monomer and cationic monomer, 2,2Cazobis (2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride(V-50) and water soluble chitosan as initiator and stabilizer. Effects of monomers mass percent, the initiator mass percent, the volume ratio of water and alcohol and the reaction temperature on intrinsic viscosity of copolymer, final conversion of monomers, particle size and apparent viscosity were investigated, respectively. The polymer was characterized by infrared spectroscope (FT-IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (1H NMR). Based on the experiment results, the optimum reaction conditions for dispersion polymerization system were 3.29%-8.32% for monomers mass percent, 5.5 : 4.5- 7.5 : 2.5 for the volume ratio of water and alcohol, 0. 006 73%-0. 013 45% for initiator mass percent, and 55-60 ℃ for reaction temperature.
