摘　　要：针对结合某厂用0Gr17Ni13M02Ti+Q235不锈复合钢板制造三氯氢硅成品贮槽的生产实践,通过分析不锈复合钢板在焊接时的特殊性,对不锈钢复合钢板的焊接次序、焊条选用、焊缝坡口、焊接参数选择、焊接检验等主要焊接工艺进行探讨,提出合理的工艺措施和焊接工艺要点,从而达到控制现场不锈钢复合钢板焊接质量的目的。Combined with a factory production practice of 0Gr17Ni13M02Ti ＋Q235 in manufacturing chemical hydrogen silicone finished product storage tank , through the analysis of the particularity of stainless composite steel plate during welding , the order of welding , the selection of electrode and welding groove , the selection of welding parameter and welding inspection , this article mainly discusses the welding process , puts forward the reasonable technology measures and key points of welding process , so as to improve the quality of stainless steel composite plate welding .
