解痛定眩胶囊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病100例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药方剂解痛定眩胶囊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效,探讨本方治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的机理。方法:选择2010年3月至2010年10月在庆阳市中医院门诊就诊且自愿参加本研究的椎动脉型颈椎病的患者100例,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例进行临床观察。治疗组采用解痛定眩胶囊治疗,温水送服,一次3-5粒,每日三次,饭后口服;对照组采用颈复康颗粒治疗,一次一袋,每日二次,饭后口服。两组均8天为一疗程,连续治疗至少3个疗程。结果:治疗组痊愈12例,显效19例,有效16例,总有效率94.20%;对照组痊愈9例,显效15例,有效19例,总有效率76.47%。两组比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:解痛定眩胶囊具有息风化痰、通络定眩的功效,是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效制剂。The purpose is to observe the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription JieTongDingXuan capsule in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis , and to explore the mechanism of the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy .From March 2010 to October 2010, in Qingyang’s Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine , 100 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a treatment group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases for clinical observation .The treatment group take JieTongDingXuan capsule 3-5 grains per time with warm water orally , three times a day , after meals;the control group adopts JingFuKang granules , a bag at a time, two times a day, after meals.Eight days for one course of treatment for both groups .At least three courses of continuous treatment are required .The results show that 12 cases in treatment group recovered , 19 cases were markedly improved , and 16 cases considered as efficacious .The total effective rate was 94.20%.While 9 cases were cured in control group , 15 cases were markedly improved , 19 cases considered as efficacious .The total effective rate was 76.47%.Compared the two groups , the treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈0.01 ） .JieTongDingXuan capsule has surely reduced phlegm, removed stun, been effective in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis .
