摘 要:探讨了石材干挂胶性能测试中样品制备工艺对钢/钢拉剪强度和冲击强度测试结果的影响。结果表明,制备钢/钢拉剪样品时用垫丝控制胶层厚度的方法,控厚更精确,测试结果重复性好;相比于硅胶模具,钢模具制备的试样冲击强度要高出0.5~0.8 k J/m^2,样品制备中不同的表面找平方法对冲击强度的影响相对较小。In this work,the effects of specimen preparation process on the performance measurement of epoxy adhesives for the dry-fixing stone were investigated. To be specific,the stainless steel lap-shear strength and impact strength are two concerned performance indicators. The results showed that the tiny-wire separation gave a much accurate thickness control and obtained repetitive test results. Compared to the specimens prepared with silicone rubber mould, those prepared with steel mould produced enhanced impact strength by 0.5 to 0.8 kJ/m^2. Different surface leveling methods were also discussed and proved to have a relative small effect on the test results.
