摘　　要：新时期信息安全已经成为国家安全的重要组成部分。政法类高校发挥自身法学优势，将法律与计算机科学相结合，培养适应新型环境的网络安全人才。同时，在教学中以专业特色课程《信息犯罪与计算机取证》为核心，进行课程建设和教学改革，取得了优异的成绩。在现有基础上，提出新时期以科研成果和实践教学为抓手，进行课程建设和人才培养的新思路。In the new era, information security has become an important component of national security. Universities which belong to politics and law should take their own advantages and combine law and computer science together. So that they can develop students whom can adapt to the new environment of network security. At the same time, in the teaching of the core course named with information crime and computer forensics, the course construction and tea- ching reform have achieved excellent results. On the existing basis, scientific research and teaching practice are set as the starting point,the new ideas of personnel training are put forward.
