摘  要:矿山常用细磨设备立磨机具有高效、节能、超细磨的特点。为将该设备推广至磁性材料行业,用以取代目前行业内常用的卧式球磨机,完成对锶铁氧体预烧料的细磨,从料球水质量比、立磨机转速、研磨介质材质与规格等3方面进行了单因素条件试验,并利用粒度分布仪和扫描电镜对细磨后的物料颗粒进行了分析。结果表明,在料、球、水质量比为1∶6∶1.8,细磨时间为10 h,立磨机转速为160 r/min,细磨介质为6 mm合金球的情况下,可以取得粒度更均匀、粒度范围更窄的细磨料浆,该设备的应用不仅球耗更低,而且成品磁体的性能更优越。Fine grinding equipment used in mine has characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, superfine grinding. In order to extend the device to the magnetic material industry and replace the commonly used horizontal ball mill at present, completion of the strontium ferrite powder fine grinding, single factor tests from 3 aspects, the mass ratio of material: ball: water, rotating speed of the mill, grinding medium material, is conducted. The specification of the particle after fine grinding is analyzed by particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that with the material, ball, water mass ratio of 1: 6: 1.8, fine grinding time is 10 h, the mill speed is 160 r/min, fine grinding medium of alloy ball 6 mm in diameter, fine abrasive slurry can be achieved with particle sizes of even more uniform and narrower range. Application of the device can not only decrease the ball consumption, but also increase the performance of finished magnet superior.
