摘　　要：流感近年来在我国多次流行,相关指南和文献大量见诸于报道,潜在的新靶标陆续出现、新药的研发也推陈出新。为了充分总结药物研究资料,完善基础药物学理论,丰富临床医师药物治疗的选择,现选取部分作用机制各异的常用抗流感病毒药物,对其临床研究进展进行归纳并综述。Guidance and reports on propelling innovation in potential drug research and development have been published since influenza reaches epidemic threshold for many times in recent years in China. In order to improve the basic theory of anti-influenza virus drugs and to help clinicians choose the rational drugs, we summarize the information about anti-influenza virus drugs with different mechanisms of action and their progress in clinical application.
