摘  要:采用标准k-ε湍流模型对固液两相流离心泵内部流场进行了三维非定常数值模拟,分析了不同时刻叶片与隔舌相对位置对离心泵瞬时性能及压力脉动的影响;并且利用数理统计学原理和频域数据处理方法对流场内监测点的压力脉动进行分析。结果显示:叶片与隔舌间的动静干涉引起离心泵瞬时扬程呈周期性变化;隔舌附近是较强的脉动源,但脉动最强的部位不在隔舌顶部而是向螺旋线方向偏移;液体含有颗粒直径为0.05、0.25mm时容易受低频影响;当颗粒直径为0.5、0.75、1mm时,容易受高频影响。The three-dimensional unsteady flow field in a solid-liquid two-phase centrifugal pumps is numerically simulated ,where standard k-εturbulence model is adopted to solve Navier-Stockes equations .The detailed influence from different impellers-volute tongue location to instantaneous pump performance and total pressure pulsation are presented .Based on the theory of mathematical statistics and data processing in frequency domain method for convection at the monitoring points of the pressure fluctuation analysis The results show that the blade and tongue movement interference leads to centrifugal pump transient head periodically .Near the tongue is the main source of fluctuation ,the strongest fluctuation is not part of the tongue at the top but to the spiral direction of mi-gration .Liquid containing particles with diameter of 0 .05 and 0 .25 mm is easily affected by the low frequency effect .Other vulnera-ble to the impact of high frequency .
