水电合理上网电价研究

摘　　要：上网电价是电力行业的热点问题。首先在全面调研国内不同地区水电上网电价政策的基础上,深入分析了我国现行电价政策在新时期存在的主要问题,并以四川为例,研究不同单位千瓦投资的水电站在现行标杆电价下的盈利能力水平,测算了不同单位千瓦投资电站达到预定盈利能力的上网电价,分析了电价调整的合理性和必要性。研究成果可为合理调整水电上网电价提供参考。The grid purchase price is a hot topic of the electric power industry .First ,this paper analyzes the main problems of China＇s current price policy in the new period based on the comprehensive research of hydropower grid purchase price policy in different parts of the nation .And then by taking Sichuan for example ,we study the different investments per kilowatt power plants＇level of profitability under the current benchmark price .What＆#39;s more ,we measure the grid purchase price of different investment per kilo-watt power plant which reaches a predetermined profit ability and analyze the rationality and necessity of the electricity price adjust-ment .Most importantly ,our research results can provide a reference for the rational adjustment of the grid purchase price .
