加强生产技术准备,提高分段舾装率

摘　　要：以现代造船理念为指导,指出充分利用船舶厂现有资源,采用单元组装,制作舾装托盘表,改善舾装工艺技术和安装流程,加强生产技术准备,尽量将舾装工作前移,是提高分段舾装率的有效手段,对提高舾装质量、改善劳动条件、实现安全生产、降低工时和材料消耗都有重大作用,可以大大缩短造船周期。Guided by modern shipbuilding theories,the paper proposed a series of suggestions on improving the on-block outfitting rate,including making full use of current resources,adapting unit assembling,making an outfitting tray table,improving outfitting craftsmanship and installing sequence,enforcing the production technology’s prepa-ration and making the outfitting works ahead of schedule. It is believed that these measures are important to improve outfitting quality and labor conditions,realizing safety production,reducing labor hour and material consumption, which in all will shorten the shipbuilding period.
