摘　　要：目的调查湖北宜昌夷陵区磷矿职工家庭功能状况,分析影响磷矿职工家庭功能的因素,为改善磷矿职工家庭功能提供依据。方法采用家庭关怀度指数(APGAR)问卷、密西根酒精依赖调查(MAST)问卷、生活质量问卷,整群抽取1 800人进行问卷调查。结果家庭功能良好者66.5%,中度障碍者27.3%,严重障碍者6.2%。多因素分析显示居住方式、工资收入、有无兄弟姐妹、吸烟状况及生活质量是家庭功能的影响因素。结论磷矿职工的家庭功能状况值得关注,需要采取必要的干预措施,促进磷矿职工家庭功能的改善。Objective To investigate the family function of phosphate rock workers in Yiling district of Yichang,China and its influential factors in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the family function of these workers.Methods Simple cluster sampling was employed to identify a total of 1800 phosphate rock workers who were surveyed by using the questionnaires of family function（APGAR）,alcohol dependence（MAST）and life quality.Results The proportion of workers with well family function was 66.5%,that of workers with moderate disability 27.3% and that of workers with serious obstacle 6.2%.Multivariable analysis showed dwelling,salary,having siblings or not,smoking status and life quality were influential factors of family function of phosphate rock workers.Conclusion More attention should be paid to family function in phosphate rock workers.Interventions should be adopted to improve their family function.
