摘 要:为研究静电纺纳米纤维膜的吸声性能,以聚氨酯(PU)为原料制备静电纺纳米纤维膜,分析了纳米纤维膜基本参数及吸声性能,并与PU多孔膜和PU流延膜进行了对比.结果表明:在相同面密度和空腔条件下,孔径较小且分布均匀的PU纳米纤维膜的最大吸声系数略小于PU多孔膜,但显著大于PU流延膜;PU纳米纤维膜的共振频率和最大吸声系数的实际测试值与一般多孔膜共振材料的理论计算值相符,因此PU纳米纤维膜中纤维的振动等作用对其共振频率和最大吸声系数无影响或影响很小.另外,在PU纳米纤维膜后添加非织造材料能使其最大吸声系数显著提高,并使共振频率向低频方向移动.To study the acoustic absorption property of electrospun nanofibers membrane, the polyurethane (PU) electronspun nanofibers membranes were produced. The acoustic and basic behavior of different kinds of membranes which include PU electronspun nanofibers membranes, PU porous membranes and PU cast films were studied and contrasted in the same surface density and cavity. The test results showed that the maximum sound absorption coefficient of nanofibers membranes were a bit smaller than PU porous membranes but much larger than PU cast films. The experimental data of maximum sound absorption coefficient and resonance frequency of PU nanofibers membranes were correspond to theoretical results of resonance membranes. Therefore, the vibration of PU nanofibers has no or little effect on resonance frequency and maximum sound absorption coefficient of the membrane. Also, the PU nanofibers membranes which combine back cavities with fibrous materials can make the maximum sound absorption coefficient markedly improved and lead the resonate frequency to lower direction.
