摘 要:本文采用时效分析和线性回归分析的方法对收集的数据进行分析。我国医药行业工业总产值增长率大于国内生产总值增长率并且滞后1年。医药行业主营业务收入、利税逐年上升,万元GDP能耗却逐年下降;医药工业科技经费投入与主营业务收入、利税都呈现正相关,但与万元GDP能耗呈负相关。中药行业主营业务收入、利税逐年上升,中药行业的R&D内部经费与主营业务收入、利税都呈现正相关。中药行业科技投入的产出高于医药行业。科技投入对医药、中药行业的发展起到了促进作用,医药、中药行业是低投入、高产出、低能耗的朝阳行业。The method of aging analysis and linear regression were adopted to analyze the data collected during 2003 - 2011. The growth rate of the production of pharmaceutical industry was greater than the GDP and lagged for one year, the main business income and the taxes and profits were increasing year by year, however, the GDP energy-consuming was decreasing at the same time. There was a positive correlation between the scientific funding of pharmaceutical industry and the main business income, taxes, and profits, but a negative correlation existed with the GDP energy-consuming. The main business income, taxes, and profits in traditional Chinese medicine in- dustry increased year by year. There was a positive correlation between R&D internal funds of traditional Chinese medicine industry and main business income, taxes, and profits. The output of technological investment in traditional Chinese medicine industry was higher than that of pharmaceuticals industry. The input of science and technology plays a positive role in the development of pharmaceuticals and traditional Chinese medicine. China's pharmaceuticals and traditional Chinese medicine industry is a sunrise industry with low input, high yield, and low energy-consumptlon.
