摘 要:【目的】探讨快速测定不同小麦品种对啶磺草胺耐药性差异的方法。【方法】室内采用培养皿法和酶活力法,测定不同小麦品种的IC50、ALS比活力、GSTs活力。【结果】不同小麦品种芽长对啶磺草胺的耐药性差异较大,其中中优9507、石冬8号、石麦15和济麦22耐药性最强,IC50值分别为15.308 3、9.197 6、8.527 6和6.065 3μg/mL。耐药性最差的为垦冬00(2)、新冬27号、新冬20号、藁城8901、烟农19、新冬38号和新冬17号,其IC50值都小于1μg/mL。乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GSTs)测定表明:新冬18号比新冬22号对啶磺草胺有较强的耐药性。【结论】建议使用啶磺草胺时有效成分最大不应大于18 g/hm2。测定不同小麦品种对啶磺草胺除草剂的耐药性,可用GSTs酶法代替ALS酶法。【Objective】To establish a method to diagnose the difference of tolerance of different wheat varieties to pyroxsulam.【Method】The IC50,the relative activity of ALS and GSTs activity of various wheat varieties to pyroxsulam were measured by dish dipping and enzyme assay in laboratory. 【Result】The results demonstrated that the roots of varieties wheat showed significant difference to pyroxsulam by using Petri dish method. The tolerance of Zhongyou 9507,Shidong 8,Shimai 15 and Jimai 22 to pyroxsulam were far stronger than others,the IC50 was 15. 308 3,9. 197 6,8. 527 6 and 6. 065 3 μg/mL respectively. The tolerance of Kendong 00(2),Xindong 27,Xindong 20,Gaocheng 8901,Yannong 19,Xindong 38 and Xindong 17 to pyroxsulam were the minimum,the IC50 was less than 1μg/mL respectively. The tolerance of Xindong 22 to pyroxsulam was better than Xindong 18's according to the results of ALS and GSTs. It was suggested that the use of pyroxsulam should be less than 18 g/hm2. 【Conclusion】ALS could be replaced by GSTs to determine the capacity of plant resistance to herbicide with ALS as its target enzyme.
