急性重症病毒性心肌炎患者临床护理探讨

摘　　要：目的总结急性重症病毒性心肌炎患者的临床护理体会。方法选取济宁市第一人民医院2010年6月-2014年6月收治的64例急性重症心肌炎患者作为研究对象，根据患者入院的先后顺序，分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施综合护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的治愈率为28．1％、总有效率为87．5％，对照组分别为12．5％和62．5％，组间比较均具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；观察组有3例死于急性心力衰竭，死亡率为9．4％；对照组有4例死亡，其中因心力衰竭死亡2例，因心源性休克死亡2例，死亡率为12．5％，组间比较死亡率无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论根据急性重症病毒性心肌炎患者的临床特点，实施综合护理干预，可有效提高临床治疗效果，保障病人的生命健康，改善患者预后，值得推广应用。Objective To summarize the experience in clinical nursing of patients with acute severe viral myoearditis. Methods In our hospital, 64 cases of acute severe myoearditis patients were chosen as the research objects from June 2010 to June 2014. According to the admission order of the patients, they were divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group, the control group was given routine care, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Nursing effects were com- pared between the two groups patients. Results In the observation group, the cure rate was 28.1%, the to- tal effective rate was 87.5%, control group were 12. 5%, 62. 5%, respectively. There was significant difference between two group（ P 〈 0. 05）. In observation group, 3 cases died of acute heart failure, the mor- tality rate was 9.4%. In the control group, 4 cases died, 2 cases died of cardiogenic shock, the mortality rate was 12. 5%. Fatality rate has no statistical difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions According to the clini- cal characteristics of the patients with acute severe viral myocarditis, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, protect the patient~ life and health, to improve the prognosis of patients. It is worthy of popularization and application.
