摘　　要：消失模铸造又称干砂实型铸造或负压实型铸造,简称EPC铸造。一条完整的消失模铸造机械化生产线系统庞大、设备占地面积大、设备一次投资费用大,"三大"问题令许多铸造生产企业对该铸造工艺望而却步。针对"三大"问题,结合国内众多铸造生产企业实际情况,设计了简易消失模生产线,现均在线生产,并运行良好。本文以某机械工程公司1000 t/a铸件的消失模生产线为例,简单介绍消失模铸造简易生产线的设计思路,以供国内铸造生产企业参考、借鉴。EPC is also known as dry sand full mold casting or vacuum full mold casting. The whole production line has the huge mechanized system,the large equipment area and the great one-time investment,which prevents the application of EPC in the many casting production enterprises. Aimed at the three problems,combined with the actual situation of domestic and foreign foundry enterprise,the simple EPC production lines were designed. All lines are online production and run well. In this paper,taken EPC production line of 1000 tons/year castings in a machinery engineering company as an example,the design was introduced for reference to the domestic casting production enterprises.
