摘  要:以水杨醛和二胺为原料,在固相无溶剂球磨条件下合成油品金属钝化剂N,N′-双(亚水杨基)二胺,考察了二胺的种类、摩尔配比、MgSO4的用量、反应时间等对反应产率的影响。结果表明,室温下,水杨醛、摩尔分数51%的二胺和催化剂无水MgSO4(质量分数1%)在高速球磨机中反应5 min,反应完毕后产品用少量热水淋洗即得到纯度很高的N,N′-双(亚水杨基)二胺。在较佳条件下,3种N,N′-双(亚水杨基)二胺摩尔收率都达到95%以上。相比于传统的有机溶剂合成法,该方法收率高、操作简便、三废少,具有很好的应用前景。Oil metal deactivator N,N-bis(salicylidene)-diamine was synthesized using salicylaldehyde and diamine as raw materialin under solid-phase,ball-milling and solvent-free condition;investigated the effect of diamine types,molar ratios,MgSO_4 dosage and reaction time on the product yield.Results showed that at room temperature,salicylaldehyde,51%mol fraction diamines and catalyst(1%mass fraction anhydrous MgSO_4) reacted 5 minutes in high speed ball-milling,after the completion of reaction,the product was washed with hot water to obtain high purity of N,N-bis(salicylidene)-diamine.Under optimized conditions,three N,N-bis(salicylidene)diamines were obtained with yields more than 95%.Compared to the traditional organic solvent methods,this method had advantages of high yields,simple operation,less wastes,so it had good application prospect.
