摘　　要：校园网是学校重要的基础设施之一。随着校园网用户的倍增,网络应用的广泛开展,网络流量的大幅攀升,势必给校园网的安全、管理等多方面带来新的挑战,如何保障校园网网络速度,如何有效地对校园网实行流量控制,保证网络带宽资源的有效使用是校园网络管理面临的一个严峻问题,也是当前各高职院校校园网迫切需要解决的问题。The campus network is one of the important infrastructures of school. With the doubling of the campus network users, network application extensively, network flow sharply, bring new challenges is bound to the campus network security, management and other aspects：how to protect the campus network speed, how to effectively implement the campus network traffic control, ensure the effective use of network bandwidth resources is a serious problems of campus network management, but also the current higher vocational college campus network is an urgent need to address the problem.
