摘　　要：党(村级党组织)作为村级治理现代化进程中的领导核心,党的领导能力强弱对村级治理现代化产生重要影响,同时推进村级治理现代化也对党的领导能力建设提出新的要求,彼此相互影响、相互促进。因此,党要正确认识和应对村级治理现代化带来的挑战,积极推进党的领导能力建设,实现党的领导能力现代化和村级治理现代化协同共进。As the core of the Party in the modernization of rural governance,the party＇s leadership has an important effect on the modernization of rural governance which,in turn,influence and promote the party＇s leadership construction.Therefore,the party must actively respond to the challenge from the rural governance modernization and promote the party＇s leadership construction,thus realizing the rural governance modernization and the party＇s leadership modernization advance together in coordination.
