生态移民区农业产业创新与可持续发展研究——以宁夏吴忠市孙家滩为例

摘　　要：孙家滩是宁夏在纯移民区建立农业园区的代表,园区在发展过程中呈现出农业产品开发挖掘储备进程缓慢、生态链和产业链不够长、管理服务体制不完善等突出问题,对园区产业创新和可持续发展形成了隐患;结合园区发展实际提出通过农业产业创新,疏导生产环节、建立企业创新能力与循环经济评价体系、加强农产品标准化生产和质量安全体系建设、注重打造品牌和特色等实现可持续发展的具体思路建议。As a pure migrants district,Sunjiatan is a representative of building agricultural zone in Ningxia.In the development process of the zone,there are some problems such as slow agriculture product development,short ecological and industry chain and incomplete management service system,which is the hidden trouble of the zone industry innovation and sustainable development.This paper put forward some ideas and suggestions for sustainable development including innovating the agricultural industry,directing production,building enterprise innovation ability and the evaluation system of circular economy,strengthening the construction of agricultural product standardization production and quality security system,focusing on brand-building and characteristics.
