摘　　要：影响警察职业认同感的因素可划分为个体因素、组织因素以及社会因素三方面,有效提高警察职业认同感,可从警察思想教育、警察职业心理素质培养、"从优待警"方略实施、队伍创新建设、警营丰富文化生活的开展等五方面着手。Factors affecting police career identity can be divided into individual factors, organizational factors and social factors. To improve career identity of police effectively, we can start from conducting ideological education of police, cultivating professional psychological quality of police, carrying out the strategy of ＂preferential treatment to the police＂, building team innovation and enriching the cultural life of police camps.
