摘　　要：公安法律文书实训教学是提高学生公安法律文书制作能力的重要环节,但目前公安法律文书制作的实训教学中,将简单加大训练课时、增加练习内容当作实训教学的完成,远未达到通过实训教学将课堂教学内容转化为学生文书制作能力的目的。在公安法律文书实训教学中,应通过精选"原生态材料"实训素材、创新实训方式、制定科学实训方案、与相关专业课教师合作开发实训项目、通过"校局合作"落实实训实战化等途径,来提高实训教学的针对性、实效性和实战性。Practical teaching of public security legal document is the important link for improving the ability of students in making public security legal documents. However, single increase of class hours and exercise contents were taken for granted as the accomplishment of practical teaching in present teaching of public security legal document, which is far from the aim of transforming the teaching contents into the students＇ ability through practical teaching. In practical teaching on public security legal documents, we could choose ecosystem training materials, innovate training form, make scientific training plan, explore training project with teachers of relative professional course and external instructor cooperatively so as to imorove the direction, effectiveness and nracticalitv of nractical teaching.
