全腹膜炎合并肺部感染患者的抗感染治疗临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全腹膜炎合并肺部感染患者行抗感染治疗效果。方法回顾广东省高州市中医院全腹膜炎合并肺部感染且行抗感染治疗的患者10例,分析其药物治疗效果。结果患者住院时间为(48.5±2.3)d,治疗期间采用了9种药物治疗,行3次药敏试验,最终病情好转,顺利出院。结论对全腹膜炎合并肺部感染患者尽早使用强效抗菌药物治疗,有利于患者的后期治疗。Objective To explore the full line of peritonitis in patients with pulmonary infection anti-infection treatment.Methods Ten patients with pulmonary infection and peritonitis was given line anti-infective therapy, the effect of drug treatment was analyzed.Results Hospitalization time was （48.5±2.3）d, during treatment using nine kinds of medications, line three susceptibility testing, the ifnal condition improved, was discharged. Conclusion In patients with pulmonary infection and peritonitis, early use of potent antibiotic therapy,is in favor of the latter treatment.
