摘  要:目的探讨沙格列汀对新诊断T2DM患者血脂的影响。方法将新诊断T2DM患者100例分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,分别予二甲双胍和沙格列汀治疗,检测两组治疗前后FPG、HbA1c、FIns和血脂,计算胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)。结果与治疗前相比,两组FPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C降低,HOMA-β升高(P<0.01)。单因素相关性分析显示,对照组HbA1c下降与TC、TG、LDL-C下降呈正相关,治疗组HbA1c下降与其余指标无相关性。结论沙格列汀可有效控制血糖的同时改善血脂,且调脂作用独立于降糖。Objective To investigate effect of saxagliptin on lipids in the patients with newly diagnosed T2DM.Methods 100 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into control group (taking saxagliptin) and treatment group (taking metformin).FPG,HbA1c,FIns,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were measured before and three months after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,FPG,HbA1 c,TG,TC,LDL-C were decreased,HOMA-β were increased after treatment in two groups (P〈0.01).The analysis showed that the decrement of HbA1 c was positively correlated to the decrement of TG,TC and LDL-C in control group,but the decrement of HbA1 c was not correlated to the decrement of TG,TC and LDL-C in treatment group.Conclusion The treatment of saxagliptin can effectively control blood glucose and blood lipids,and its lipids regulating effect is independent of blood glucose.
