33例盆底下降患者排粪造影的影像学分级研究

摘　　要：目的探讨排粪造影在诊断盆底下降的影像学分级。方法收集山西大医院诊断为盆底下降的病例33例进行影像学分析,并按照Pub Medd中检索的文献报道进行分级。结果按照文献报道,将盆底下降的影像学表现分为3级,本组病例共诊断1级19例,2级8例,3级6例。结论确立了一种排粪造影影像学表现分级标准,有利于临床表现与排粪造影表现的相关性研究。Objective To discuss the degrees of the defecography imaging ifndings in patients diagnosed pelvic lfoor prolapse.Methods 33 patients diagnosed pelvic floor prolapse through conventional defecography. Imagining findings were divided into degrees according to articles that deserved from PubMed search.Results The pelvic lfoor prolapse imaging ifndings was divided into three degrees, this group of patients were diagnosed ifrst degree in 19 cases, second degree in 8 cases, third degree in 6 cases.Conclusion A criteria degrees of imaging ifndings is established, this criteria maybe help to solve the questions which are raised from the radiological ifndings and the clinical ifndings.
