超声心动图在胎儿先天性心脏病检测中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图在胎儿先天性心脏病检测中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析5700例行产前胎儿超声常规检查的孕产妇的临床资料。结果对有异常的胎儿行超声心动图检测,超声心动图结果显示,有44例为胎儿心血管畸形,其中法洛氏四联征4例,大动脉转位4例,左、右室双出口7例,永存动脉干3例,左心室、右心室发育不良综合征2例,肺静脉异位引流5例,室间隔缺损14例,单心房单心室3例,单心室2例,胎儿出生后超声心动图随访或引产后尸检结果与产前检测结果相符。结论超声心动图对于检测胎儿先天性心脏病具有重要价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the ultrasonic Beckoning map application and value in the detection of fetal congenital heart disease.Methods 5700 patients of prenatal ultrasound screening of pregnant women as the research object,using a retrospeetive analysis of maternal manner. Results The abnormal fetal ultrasound Heartbeat map detection,ultrasonic Heartbeat chart shows,there are 44 cases of fetal cardiovascular malformations,4 cases of tetralogy of Fallot,4 cases of transposition of the great arteries,left,double outlet right ventricle in 7 cases,3 cases of persistent truneus arteriosus,left ventricular, right venWicular dysplasia comprehensive in 2 cases,pulmonary venous drainage in 5 cases,14 eases of ventricular septal defect,3 cases of single atrial single ventricle,2 cases of single ventricle,fetal ultrasound Beckoning chart follow-up or autopsy results and prenatal detection results. Conclusion Ultrasound Heartbeat diagram has important application value for the detection of fetal congenital heart disease,is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
