摘　　要：明代武当山志在修志实践和修志理论上都取得了较大成就,具有较高的宗教价值和学术价值。但由于受时代局限和修纂者水平、偏好的影响,明代武当山志在篇目设置、内容处理和事实表述等方面还存在一些不足之处,需要我们在研读和使用时加以注意,避免以讹传讹,贻误学林。Wudang records of Ming dynasty had got achievement in revise in practice and theory,has high religious and academic values.But because be limited in the era and revisers,Wudang records of Ming dynasty has many deficiencies,We need to pay attention to in studying and using,avoid circulate erroneous reports mislead the readers.
