α-蒎烯衍生物的制备及其室内毒力测定

摘　　要：为探讨α-蒎烯衍生物的杀虫活性,以α-蒎烯为原料,经过Br取代合成了化合物1-溴-2-(溴甲基)-7,7-二甲基[4.1.0]庚-2-烯,经过氧化合成化合物马鞭草烯酮。通过化合物马鞭草烯酮在胺化的条件下合成了3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基-α-蒎烯马来酰亚胺基酰腙、(10z)-N-(5.7.7-三甲基[4.1.0]庚-4-乙二胺-3-亚基)环己胺、N-环己基-5.7.7-三甲基[4.1.0]庚-4-乙二胺-3-胺、(10z)-N-(5.7.7-三甲基[4.1.0]庚-4-乙二胺-3-亚基)苯胺、以及5.7.7-三甲基-N-苯基[4.1.0]庚-4-乙二胺-3-胺,得到了7种不同的α-蒎烯衍生物。采用1HNMR、GC-MS等分析手段进行表征。经过比较分析,化合物3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基-α-蒎烯马来酰亚胺基酰腙和(10z)-N-(5.7.7-三甲基[4.1.0]庚-4-乙二胺-3-亚基)苯胺对大麦虫(Zophobas morio)的毒力作用比较理想,二者在质量浓度为100 mg·L-1、时间为72h时,大麦虫的死亡率分别为70.92%和86.88%,说明α-蒎烯具有开发利用的潜力。We studied the insecticidal activity ofα-pinene derivatives withα-pinene by replaced Br to synthesize the compound 1-bromo-2-（bromomethyl）-7, 7-dimethylbicyclo[4.1.0] hept-2-ene and oxidation synthesized verbenone.The compound verbenone were the amine synthesized 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl -α-pinene maleimide group acylhydrazone, （10z）-N-（5.7.7-trimethylbicyclo[4.1.0]hept-4-en-3-ylidene） clclohexenamine, N-cyclohexyl-5.7.7-trimethylbicyclo[4.1.0]hept-4-en-3-amine, （10z）-N-[5.7.7-trimethyl （4.1.0） heptyl-4-ethylenediamine-3-subunit] aniline and 5.7.7-trimethyl-N-phe-nylbicyclo[4.1.0]hept-4-en-3-amine.We obtained seven kinds of derivatives ofα-pinene, and characterized them by using 1HNMR and GC-MS analytical.The several compounds were carried out by toxicological tests for the barley insects （ Zo-phobas morio） .Through the comparative analysis, the virulence effect of compounds 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-α-pinene maleimide group acylhydrazone and （10z） -N-[57..7-trimethyl （4.1.0）heptyl -4-ethylenediamine-3-subunit] aniline was more ideal with mortality rates of 70.92%and 86.88%, respectively, under a concentration of 100 mg/L for 72h .
