摘 要:利用植物根尖染色体常规压片法,对我国产5个种源的卷丹(LiliumlancifoliumThunb.)染色体数目进行比较分析。结果表明,5个种源中2n=3x=36细胞比例虽然占有绝对的多数,但都没有超过85%,其中36条染色体在各种源中所占比例分别为江苏省宜兴种源占37.21%,重庆市武隆种源占37.10%,黑龙江省齐齐哈尔种源占39.58%,黑龙江省哈尔滨种源占54.76%,江西省庐山种源占32.81%。5个种源中卷丹分别出现了较为严重的染色体数目的非整倍性变异,27-40条染色体数目占1.61%-26.56%,在江西省庐山种源中出现1.56%的2n=24的二倍体细胞。该5个种源卷丹不能称为三倍体,应该确认为整倍与非整倍的混倍体。An experiment was conducted to observe the chromosome number of five native sources of Lilium lancifolium Thunb. with root tip squash technique. Among five sources, none of them ever showed a proportion of 2n=3x=36 cell for the ma-jority in the plant, about 85%. For each species, the proportion of 36 chromosomes altered: 54. 76% for Yixing source, 37.10% for Wulong source, 39.58% for Qiqihar source, 54.76% for Harbin source and 32.81% for Lushan source. Five sources revealed obvious aneuploid variation of chromosome number, the proportion of 27-40 number ranged from 1.61%to 26.56%, and rate of the diploid cell (2n=24) was 1.56% in Lushan source. Five sources should be treated as mixo-ploid of aneuploid and euploid rather than as triploid.
