摘  要:目的探讨颈交感神经阻滞(SB)对骨骼肌缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤的作用。方法健康雄性Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为4组,对照组(C组)、阻滞对照组(SB组)、缺血再灌组(I/R组)和阻滞+缺血再灌组(SB+I/R),8只/组。I/R组采用夹闭右侧股动脉4 h,再灌注3 h,复制缺血再灌注模型,C组仅暴露股动静脉,不做血管夹闭;SB组作两侧颈交感神经阻滞,余同对照组;SB+I/R组在缺血再灌之前行两侧颈交感神经阻滞。结果 C组与SB组比较,各项指标均无统计学意义(P>0.05);I/R组和SB+I/R与C组和SB组比较,大鼠血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDA)、肌酸肌酶(CK)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量均明显升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低(P<0.01),腓肠肌湿/干质量比值和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性均升高(P<0.01),SOD活性降低(P<0.01);与I/R组比较,SB+I/R组血清中LDA、CK活性及MDA含量较低,SOD活性较高(P<0.01),大鼠腓肠肌湿/干质量比降低(P<0.05),MPO活性降低(P<0.01),SOD活性较高(P<0.01)。光镜下I/R组腓肠肌超微结构损伤严重,SB+I/R组损伤较轻。结论颈交感神经阻滞对骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用。【Objective】 To detect the effects of cervical sympathetic ganglion block(SB) on skeletal muscle ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury in rats. 【Methods】 Thirty two male Wistar rats weighting 250 - 280 g were divided into 4 groups randomly(n =8): control group(C group), control+SB group(SB group), I/R group and SB + I/R group. Rats in I/R group were subjected to 4 hours occlusion of right femoral artery followed by3 hours reperfusion. Rats in group C, the femoral arteries were exposed but not occluded. In group SB, cervical sympathetic ganglions were blocked except the femoral arteries exposed. In group SB + I/R, the right femoral arteries were made ischemia and reperfusion after SB. The rats were sacrificed at the end of reperfusion, blood samples from the femoral arteries were taken for detecting activity of serum creatine kinase(CK),lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), superoxide(SOD) and concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA). The right gastrocnemius muscles were immediately removed, the activity of SOD and, myeloperoxidase(MPO), ratio of wet weight/dry weight(W/D) were detected. Light microscope changes of skeletal muscle were observed. 【Results】There were no significant difference about a series of targets in C group and SB group(P〉 0.05). Compared with C group and SB group, the serum contents of MDA, LDH, CK in I/R group and SB + I/R group were dramatically higher(P〈0.01), SOD activity was obviously decreased(P〈0.01); the skeletal muscle activity of MPO, W/D were dramatically higher(P〈0.01), SOD activity was obviously decreased also(P〈0.01). Compared with I/R group, the serum contents of MDA, LDH, CK, the skeletal muscle activity of MPO, W/D were lower(P〈0.01, P〉 0.05), SOD activity in serum and skeletal muscle was increased(P〈0.01) in SB + I/R group.Compared with C group, the muscle fibers were edematous and twisted in I/R group and SB + I/R group under microscope, but the skeletal muscle injury degree in SB �
