摘　　要：目的采用改良式Pitanguy法治疗女性重度先天性乳头内陷。方法 2007年1月-2012年12月收治32例59侧重度乳头内陷患者,年龄18-42岁。采用改良式Pitanguy法进行矫正手术。结果 32例59侧乳头,术后乳头挺拔外突,有2例3侧乳头术后切口皮下有轻度血肿而延期愈合,其余病例均一期愈合。乳头外形正常,两侧对称,切口瘢痕不明显,感觉敏感,效果满意。术后随访6-72个月,没有复发病例,术前25例未育者中有6例生育并能够正常哺乳。结论改良式Pitanguy法治疗重度先天性乳头内陷方法可靠,技术成熟,与其他手术相比,并不增加新的创伤,是矫正乳头内陷的较为理想的方法。【Objective】 To correct the inborn nipple inversion deformity in women with modified Pitanguy technique. 【Methods】 From January 2007 to December 2012, thirty-two cases, aged from 18 to 42 years old,with 59 inversed nipples entered the protocol. All the cases were in degree Ⅲ inborn inversed nipple. We treated all the cases with modified Pitanguy technique to correct the nipples. 【Results】 All the 32 cases with59 nipples are in normal position now. There were 2 cases（3 nipples） with slight hematoma under the skin post-operation and the wounds delayed healed up. Others recovered without any side effects. The shapes of nipples are normal and symmetry. Scars are unclear with normal sense. Follow-up from 6 months to 72 months, no recurrent cases happened. Among twenty-five cases without pregnant preoperational, six cases have given births to babies and afforded normal breed. 【Conclusion】 Modified Pitanguy is an effective technique to correct nipple inversion deformity. Compared with other techniques, no more injuries happened to the patients.It may be a reasonable way to correct nipple inversion deformity.
