摘  要:目的分析冻融精子培养时间对受精率和胚胎质量的影响。方法随机对照研究供精-体外受精-胚胎移植49个取卵周期。根据精子解冻后培养时间的不同分为3组,A组(13例),培养时间>2 h,<4 h;B组(18例),培养时间<30 min;C组(18例),培养时间<1 h,>30 min。比较3组的受精率、卵裂率、2PN率和优胚率。结果 B、C组与A组比较受精率(91%、90%和24%)、卵裂率(92%、90%和69%)、2PN率(73%、78%和42%)和优胚率(44%、36%和19%),有显著性差异(P<0.05),而B组与C组比较,受精率、卵裂率、2PN率和优胚率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论冻融精子培养1 h内,最好30 min内进行授精,可以获得较为理想的优胚率。【Objective】To analyze the effect of human frozen-thawed sperm incubation time on fertilization rate and embryo quality.【Methods】A retrospective analysis of donar-sperm in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVFET) in 49 fresh oocyte retrieval cycles. According to the frozen-thawed sperm incubation time the subjects were divided into: 2 h, 4 h(group A), 30 min(group B) and 30 min, 1 h(group C). Three groups were compared on the fertilization rate, cleavage rate, 2PN rate and high-quality embryo rate.【Results】Statistical significance(91%,90% and 24%; 92%, 90% and 69%; 73%, 78% and 42%; 44%, 36% and 19%, respectively)(P〈0.05) was found on the fertilization rate, cleavage rate, 2PN rate, and high-quality embryo rate in group B and C, compared with that of Group A. There was no significant difference in B and C groups. 【Conclusions】Desired clinical outcome can be obtained within 1 h, particularly 30 min of incubation of human frozen-thawed semen insemination.
