摘  要:针对传统袖阀管注浆技术的跑浆串浆现象,及在地基中产生明显的挤土效应等问题,提出了改进的双阀布袋袖阀管注浆技术。即在常规袖阀管外,套上高强纺织土工密封布袋,并在外侧固定配有阀门的塑料排水板。结合梅汕高速公路工程现场试验,对注浆效果等进行了较全面的探讨分析。现场测试结果表明:改进后的注浆技术可以有效控制串浆跑浆现象,注浆间歇期各深度孔隙水压力消散较快,挤土影响范围可控制在6m左右,且持续时间相对较短。而对于运营期加固处理工程,不宜设置塑料排水板。In order to solve the problem of the apparent squeezing effect and obvious pressed soil in subgrade which exists in the traditional sleeve valve grout method, the improved method is put forward in the paper, which is realized by regular valve covered with the high-strength geotextile sealed bags and plastic drainage plate tied outside to fix valve. Combining the on Meixian-Shantou Expressway field test, studies and analysis have been made to the grouting effect. Site tests show that the improved technology can effectively control the serial pulp phenomenon, enhance the pore water dissipation capacity, and the scope of the compaction effect can be controlled at around 6m with short lasting duration. Strengthening during operation phase should not directly install plastic draining plate.
