摘  要:在常州夹江管线桥的施工中,为加快施工进度,减少大型船机的占用时间,开发出了钢吊箱旋转挂架装置。该装置为旋转铰接结构,在钢吊箱吊装前预先焊接在墩台桩的钢护筒上,吊箱安装过程中待吊箱底部完全套入桩头后将旋转挂架向外翻开,将吊杆挂在挂架上来承受钢吊箱及封底混凝土的重量。该装置已经在常州夹江管线桥的施工中成功应用,效果良好,有推广利用价值。During the construction of Changzhou Jiajiang pipeline bridge project, in order to accelerate construction speed and reduce the occupation time of large barge equipment, the rotating banger device of steel hanging box is developed. This device is the rotating wringing structure which is welded on the abutment piles of steel casing before lifting the steel hanging box. During installation of steel hanging box, the rotating hanger will be turned over outside after the bottom of steel box completely covers the pile bead, then hang the boom to bear the weight of steel box and sealing bottom concrete. This kind of device has been successfully used in Cbangzhou Jiajiang pipeline bridge project with good effect and wide application value.
