摘 要:利用正交试验对就地热再生沥青混合料的再生工艺进行室内试验研究。在固定再生剂用量及加热温度、新料材质和温度的前提下,以旧料掺配率、旧料加热温度、拌和时间和成型温度为试验因素,模拟路面就地热再生施工的各种情况设计了L9正交表分别进行马歇尔试验。运用极差分析法对试验结果进行分析,确定了本再生沥青混合料再生工艺的优选方案为"旧料掺加率70%+旧料加热温度155℃+‘中’拌和时间+成型温度135℃"。最后分析了几个试验因素对试验指标的影响机理。In this paper, recycling technology of hot-in-place recycling bituminous mixture is studied by laboratorial orthogonal test. When fixing the amount and heating temperature of regenerant, as well as the texture and heating temperature of new mixture, the proportion and heating temperature, the mixing time and shaping temperature of the old mixture are selected as test factors. Various conditions of recycling technology in hot-in-place recycling are simulated by designing a L9 orthogonal Table for Marshall Test. Range Analysis Method is used to analyze test results, and then the optimal scheme for this recycling bituminous mixture is proposed, which is " old mixture proportion of 70%+old mixture heating temperature of 155℃ ; middle mixing time + shaping temperature of 135℃" Finally the influence mechanism of test factors on test indicators is analyzed.
