摘　　要：目的 :研究不同人格大学生健康状况的特点,为研究健康状况的影响因素提供依据。方法 :运用自拟躯体健康状况调查问卷、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)和艾森克人格问卷简式量表(EPQ-RSC)作为测评工具,对北京中医药大学、山东中医药大学、山西中医学院308例二年级学生的身心健康状况进行现场调查,使用"973计划"肝藏血主疏泄课题组的项目化平台建立数据库,应用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计处理,分析不同人格状况下被试者的健康状况。结果:1308例被试者中低神经质66人(男21人,女45人);高神经质61人(男26人,女35人);2低神经质被试者艾森克P表总分(47.21±8.61)分,艾森克E表总分(56.97±8.62)分,艾森克N表总分(34.17±1.13)分,艾森克L表总分(54.13±9.64)分;躯体健康问卷得分(7.75±6.58)分,出现频次较高的条目是怕冷、咽部异物感和口干;BAI总分(22.74±2.28)分,出现频次较高的条目是消化不良或腹部不适、紧张和头晕;BDI总分(0.68±1.11)分,出现频次较高的条目是疲劳感、内疚感和忧郁感;低神经质人群具有外向-稳定的人格特质。3高神经质被试者艾森克P表总分(49.48±9.22)分,艾森克E表总分(44.80±10.47)分,艾森克N表总分(58.58±6.53)分,艾森克L表总分(47.64±7.74)分;躯体健康状况问卷总分(13.48±9.21)分,出现频次较高的条目是怕冷、口干、疲乏无力和眼睛干涩;BAI总分(27.28±5.46)分,出现频次较高的条目是害怕发生不好的事情、紧张、消化不良或腹部不适、不能放松;BDI总分(3.70±3.65)分,出现频次较高的条目是忧郁感、内疚感和疲劳感。结论:不同人格特质的被试者健康状况存在差异,低神经质人群躯体不适较少出现且程度轻,属外向-稳定型人格,焦虑、抑郁水平低;高神经质人群具有更多种类且程度更重的躯体不适,更多拥有内向型性格,焦虑、抑郁水平较低神经质人群高。Objective：To study the differences of health condition among university students with different personalities so as to provide evidence for the study of influence factors of health condition. Methods ：With homemade health questionnaire,Beck anxiety inventory（BAI）,Beck depression inventory（BDI） and Eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ-RSC） as measuring tools,a field investigation was conducted in 308 students who came from different universities,including Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Built a database on the platform provided by the research team of ＂973 Project＂ , made statistical analysis by SPSS 17.0,and analyzed the health condition of testees with different personalities. Results ：（1）Among the 308 students ,there were 66 lowly neurotic individuals （male ： 21, female ： 45 ） and 61 highly neurotic individuals （male ： 26, female ： 35）. （2）Among lowly neurotic individuals,the total score of P scale in EPQ-RSC is （47.21±8.61）,the E scale（56.97±8.62）,the N scale （34.17±1.13）,the L scale （54.13±9.64）. The score of health questionnaire is （7.75 ±6.58）,with high frequency symptoms of aversion to cold,foreign body sensation in throat and dry mouth. The total score of BAI is （22.74±2.28）, with high frequency items of dyspepsia or abdominal discomfort,nervousness and dizziness. The totalscore of BDI is （0.68± 1.11）,with high frequency items of lassitude,compunction and melancholy. Low neurotic individuals share the personality of stabilized-extroversion. （3）Among highly neurotic individuals,the total score of P scale in EPQ-RSC is （49.48±9.22）,the E scale （44.80 ±10.47） ,the N scale （58.58±6.53）, the L scale （47.64 ± 7.74）. The score of health questionnaire is （13.48 ± 9.21）,with high frequency symp toms of aversion to cold,dry mouth,lassitude and dry eyes. The total score of BAI is （27.28±5.46）,
