瓜蒌薤白半夏汤调节血脂及心肌保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究探索瓜蒌薤白半夏汤调节血脂及心肌保护的作用。方法 :构建冠心病痰浊壅塞证大鼠模型,经瓜蒌薤白半夏汤干预后,检测大鼠心电图、血脂、心肌酶五项及心肌梗死率的变化情况。结果:冠状动脉结扎后,模型组与对照组比较,呈现典型心肌严重缺血样表现,中药高、低剂量组对心肌缺血具有改善作用(与模型组比较P<0.05)。模型组与对照组比较,TC、TG、HDL、LDL水平均有显著性差异(P<0.001);与对照组比较,中药组对TC、TG、LDL水平均有降低作用(P<0.01),同时升高HDL(P<0.01)。中药高、低剂量组均可降低心肌酶水平,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠心脏梗死率显著升高(P<0.001),而瓜蒌薤白半夏汤具有改善心肌瘀血、保护心肌的作用,中药高、低剂量组与模型组大鼠比较,心肌梗死率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤通过行气祛痰的作用,扩张冠状动脉血管、抑制血管收缩、改善心功能、增强缺血心肌收缩功能、增加心肌供血、保护缺血心肌、降血脂、降低血清心肌酶水平、降低心肌梗死率,显示出了较好的调节血脂及心肌保护作用。Objective：To study Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction＇s function of regulating blood lipid and protecting myocardium. Methods：Made rats models of coronary heart disease（CHD） with phlegm and turbid stagnation syndrome. After the intervention of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction,tested the changes of the models＇ electrocardiogram,blood lipid,myocardial enzymes and incidence of myocardial infarction. Results： After coronary artery ligation,compared with control group,typical serious myocardial ischemia occurred in the： model group. Both groups with high and low dose of Chinese materia medica,the myocardial ischemia was improved（compared with model group,P〈0.05）. Compared with control group,the TC,TG,HDL and LDL levels of the model group were significantly different（P〈0.001）. Compared with control group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL in groups of Chinese materia medica were lower（P〈0.01）,while the HDL were higher（P〈0.01）. Both groups with high and low dose of Chinese materia medica can reduce the level of myocardial enzyme,which was significantly different from the model group（P〈0.01）. Compared with normal group,the incidence of myocardial infarction in the model group increased significantly（P〈0.001）,while Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction can improve the condition of myocardial blood stasis and protect myocardium. Compared with model group,the incidence of myocadial infarction in groups with high and low dose of Chinese materia medica reduced significantly（P〈0.001）. Conclusion：Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction,with its function of promoting Qi circulation and removing phlegm,can expand coronary artery vessels,inhibit contraction of vessels,improve heart function,enhance contraction function of ischemic myocardium,increase myocardial blood flow and protect ischemic myocardium. It also can reduce blood lipid,serum myocardial enzymes andincidence of myocardial infarction.
