解毒通淋汤联合心理疏导治疗非淋菌性尿道炎后综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨解毒通淋汤辨证加减联合心理疏导疗法治疗非淋菌性尿道炎后综合征的临床疗效。方法:将240例患者随机分为2组各120例,治疗组采用解毒通淋汤辨证加减联合心理疏导疗法治疗;对照组采用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊、吲哚美辛肠溶片和心理疏导疗法治疗,1周为1疗程,共6疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.11%,对照组为70.54%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:解毒通淋汤辨证加减联合心理疏导疗法治疗非淋菌性尿道炎后综合征疗效显著。Objective： To therapy for non-gonococca explore the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Tonglin decoction combined with psychological counseling posturethritis syndrome. Methods： Two-hundred and forty cases with non-gonococcal posturethritis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 120 patients in the treatment group were treated with Jiedu Tonglin decoction combined with psychological counseling therapy, and the other 120 patients in the control group were treated with Tamsulsosin Hydrochloride capsules and Indomethacin tablets and psychological counseling therapy. The treatment covered 6 courses lasting 6 weeks. Results： The total effective rate was 92.11% in the treatment group, and was70.54% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Jiedu Tonglin decoction combined with psychological counseling therapy has certain effect for non-gonococcal posturethritis syndrome.
