摘　　要：目的编制适用于研究我国消防员社会支持的问卷。方法参考已有文献和量表、若干消防员以及专家的意见编制初步问卷；之后进行施测、项目分析、筛选题目、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析，信度和效度检验。结果消防员社会支持问卷由组织支持、战友支持、家庭支持、社会支持4个维度构成；量表的模型拟合良好（X2ldf=1．359，RMSEA=0．044，CH=0．956，GH=0．892）；总量表的内部一致性系数为0．898，4个维度的α系数在0．623～0．864之间，分半信度为0．882。结论本研究编制的消防员社会支持问卷具有良好的信效度，适用于消防官兵的社会支持研究。Objective The objective of the study was to design a questionnaire suitable for assessing the level of social support among firefighters in China. Methods A preliminary questionnaire was prepared by referring to existing literatures and scales and opinions from several firefighters and experts. The questionnaire was examined by testing, project analysis, topic selection, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability and validity tests. Results The social support questionnaire for firefighters was consisted of four dimensions, including organizational support, colleague support, family support, and social support. Model of the scale fitted nicely （X2ldf=1.359, RMSEA=O.044, CFI=0.956, GFI=0.892）, with the internal consistency coefficient of the overall scale being 0.898, the α coefficient of the four dimensions ranging between 0.623 and 0.864, and the split-half reliability being 0.882. Conclusion The social support questionnaire designed in this study is good in reliability and validity and is suitable for assessing the level of social support among firefighters.
