摘　　要：莱姆病是由蜱传播的伯氏疏螺旋体感染机体引起的全身多系统受损的感染性疾病。它既是一种自然疫源性疾病,又是一种人兽共患病。临床表现复杂多样,对人类的健康造成严重危害,引起医学界高度重视。本文就莱姆病临床表现的研究进展做一综述。Lyme disease is an multi-system damaging infectious disease caused by the tick-borne spirochaete Borrelia burgclo^eri. It is not only a natural endemic disease but also a zoonotic disease. It has complicated clinical manifestations and cause a serious threat to human health, so it draws intensive attention in the medical field. This paper reviewed the research progress about the clinical manifestations of Lyme disease.
