摘　　要：目的探讨研究采用超声治疗与药物治疗合并使用的系统治疗方法对种植体周围炎的临床治疗效果,并比较患者治疗前后临床指征的改变情况。方法采用超声洁治与药物治疗相结合的方式,对55例种植体周围炎患者进行系统综合治疗,观察记录患者治疗前后的临床指标的改变情况,例如:菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊出血指数(BOP)、探诊深度(PD)及牙龈乳头指数(PIS)等,用以评价系统治疗方法的临床治疗效果。结果采用超声洁治合并药物系统治疗后,大部分患者的种植体周围炎症状得到一定程度的缓解。患者治疗后的菌斑指数、探诊出血指数以及探诊深度与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而牙龈乳头指数则与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用超声洁治合并药物治疗的系统性治疗方法能够有效缓解种植体周围炎患者的临床症状,患者的各项临床指征得到有效改善,具有较好的临床治疗效果。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the clinical effect of combining ultrasonic treatment system and medical therapy in treating inflammation around implant, and compare the changes of clinical evidence before and after the treatment. Methods Using ultrasonic clean treatment combined with drug therapy, 55 patients with inflammation around implant system received comprehensive treatment. Clinical indicators were observed and recorded before and after the treatment. Clinical indicators include plaque index （PLI）, bleeding on probing （BOP）, probing depth （PD）, gingivat papilla index （PIS）, and so on. The clinical efficacy of the treatment system was evaluated. Results Using ultrasonic clean treatment system combined with drug therapy, most patients with inflammation around implants showed a degree of ease. After treatment in patients, plaque index, bleeding on probing and probing depth were statistically and significantly different （P〈0.05）. The gingival papilla index was not significantly different before and after the treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The systematic treatment pf ultrasonic clean combined with drug therapy can effectively alleviate inflammation around implants in patients with clinical symptoms, and effectively improve the clinical evidence, suggesting good clinical therapeutic effect.
