摘  要:采用AKD施胶方式提高无石棉纤维密封材料的抗水性能。研究向浆料中直接添加AKD乳液和用AKD对水洗高岭土进行改性两种施胶剂添加方式对材料抗水性能的影响。试验表明,湿部填加时,植物纤维配方与合成纤维配方相比,AKD的施胶效率更高。与传统植物纤维纸张相比,无石棉纤维密封材料中使用的填料量比较大,因此AKD的施胶效率较低。通过AKD对高岭土进行改性,在降低AKD用量的情况下,能够明显提高AKD的施胶效率。AKD( Alkyl Ketene Dimer) size was used to improve the water-resistance of non-asbestos sealing materials.The effects on water resistance of the materials were evaluated for two different AKD addition modes,i. e,through internal addition and through clay modification. The results show that AKD is more effective with internal addition in the cellulosecontaining furnish than in the aramid fiber-containing one. Compared to traditional papermaking process,the sizing efficiency in sealing materials is much lower,mainly because the fine filler content in the latter is much higher. Through clay modification,the AKD sizing efficiency is markedly improved.
