摘  要:为满足中东地区温度0 ~55℃、湿度100%的沙漠环境钻井作业要求,研制了在使用油基钻井液条件下能够正常工作的沙漠快速移运钻机固控系统.系统采用独特的罐底设计和清砂结构,满足零排放的要求,储备罐、混合橇采用自背橇式结构,吸入罐和振动筛罐能实现整体快速移运,同时该固控系统还配套了消防系统,满足HSE的要求.试验和现场应用结果表明,该固控系统整体性能良好、搬家快捷、符合HSE规范,完全满足沙漠地区钻井作业需求.In order to meet the requirements of drilling in the Middle East desert under the temperature of 0 55 ℃ and the humidity of 100% , the solid control system that accommodate the oil-based drilling fluids for the fast moving drilling rig is developed. The system adopts a unique tank bottom design and sand removal structure, and meets the zero-emission requirement. The reserve tank and the mixing skid adopt a self-skidded structure. The suc- tion tanks and shaker cans could be fast moved together. The solid control system is equipped with fire systems to meet HSE requirements. Tests and application results show that the solid control system, in line with HSE specifi- cation, has a great overall performance with the feature of fast moving, thus meeting the needs of drilling opera- tions in desert regions.
