摘  要:为了采集张紧器运行过程中各项重要参数,实时掌握张紧器状态,依据海洋钻井隔水管张紧器控制系统工作原理,设计了钢丝绳式隔水管张紧器远程监控系统。监控系统包括张紧器液缸与蓄能器之间的抗反冲控制、液缸和钢丝绳位移检测、升沉运动检测、钢丝绳寿命与维护提醒等7个功能模块。针对隔水管张紧器的3种事故工况,设计了状态判断与系统维护软件算法流程。进行了界面设计,介绍了监控软件的应用情况。该钢丝绳式隔水管张紧器监控系统自动化、智能化程度高,为隔水管张紧器的安全性、可靠性提供了多重保障。In order to acquire riser tensioner' s various operating parameters and real-time working status, the remote monitoring system is designed for the cable-type riser tensioner according to the operating principle of marine drilling riser tensioner' s control system. The monitoring system contains seven functional modules including the anti- recoil control between tensioner cylinder and accumulator, the hydraulic cylinder and cable displacement detection, heave motion detection, cable service life and maintenance reminder. The status determination and system mainte- nance software algorithms are designed for three kinds of accident conditions of the riser tensioner. The software inter- face is designed and the software applications are introduced. The riser tensioner monitoring system with high auto- mation and intelligentialization could provide multiple protection for the riser tensioner' s safety and reliability.
