摘 要:常规连续管液压震击器在使用可靠性、作业效率、可操作性和使用范围等方面有其难以克服的局限性。为此,研制了连续管液压高频冲击器。该工具依靠泵入流体激发,操作方便;无高精度的封闭液压结构,使用可靠;特殊的设计使其拥有向上和向下2种冲击模式;高频冲击大大提升了作业效率。试验结果表明,连续管液压高频冲击器在经过较长时间的高频冲击后未发现任何可见泄漏,各项参数都达到了设计要求。该工具在现场的初步应用也获得了成功。To address the limitations of the reliability, operational efficiency, operability and application range of the conventional coiled tubing hydraulic impactor, the coiled tubing high-frequency hydraulic impactor is developed. The tool is operated by pumped fluid and is easy to operate. The non-precision closed hydraulic structure ensures the reliability. The special design could achieve upward and downward impact modes. The high-frequency impact greatly enhances the operation efficiency. Test results show that after a long time of high-frequency impact, no leaks has been found on the coiled tubing high-frequency hydraulic impactor, and all the operating parameters have met the design requirements. The tool has also been successfully applied onsite, thus providing a broad appli- cation prospect.
