创新驱动发展战略背景下文化与科技创新有机融合问题研究

摘　　要：我国党的十八大提出创新驱动发展战略,主张以创新驱动替代要素驱动成为推动我国经济发展的长期动力,而文化与科技创新的有机融合符合创新驱动发展战略的时代要求。对文化与科技创新有机融合的模式与机理进行深入分析,创造性地将其分为促进文化与技创新产业协同创新发展的协同融合模式与创造新型文化业态的互动融合模式。同时笔者对知识创新链进行重塑分析,并提出符合创新驱动发展战略的文化与科技创新的融合路径。The 18th National Congress of CPC proposed the strategy of innovation - driven development, which advocated innovation - driven development, instead of factor - driven development, as the long - term momentum of economic development. And the organic integration of culture and technological innovation coincided with the requirements of innovation - driven growth strategy. This paper thoroughly analyzed the mode and mechanism of the organic integration of culture and technological innovation. The organic integration mode was creatively divided into two categories： one is the collaborative integration model which promotes the collaborative innovation and development of culture and technological innovation industry; the other is the interactive integration mode which creates new cultural formats. Meanwhile, the author analyzed the remodeling of the knowledge innovation chain, and then proposed the integration pattern of culture and technological innova- tion in accordance with the strategy of innovation - driven development.
